Two of Mr D’s henchmen. Unlike their boss they like to dress in black. After the plan to have Tony killed in a rescue attempt by the Space Patrol mr. D sent Phil and Bill after him. Their attempt to capture or kill Tony ended in the Squatters Militia arresting everybody and expelling them from Squatters’ Star.
